Learn step-by-step the foundational principles of an Ashtanga Yoga practice. Discover how a dynamic yoga practice can become a moving meditation when combined with breath and concentration. Experience how Ashtanga Yoga can be a healing practice for the mind and body and how it is suitable for all ages and body types. The workshop is comprised of a theory component and a practice component where the principles learned (breath and drishti) are applied. Modifications are provided and encouraged.

Suggested class pricing for 1 HR class is $25.00; full-time yoga teachers and students $20.00. Please provide your donation towards a class at the link below.
This 1 HR class is offered as an immersion into the Morning or Evening Mysore program. Practitioners completely new to yoga or those are restarting the Ashtanga practice again learn within the Mysore-style class setting.
Please note: there are no classes on new and full moon day, and statutory holidays.
