As per the January 18th 2022 announcement made by the Public Health Officer, yoga studios are permitted to open for indoor group classes.
The studio is open for in-person group classes and private one-on-one sessions starting on Thursday, January 20th.
Wearing a mask during physical activity/exercise continues to be optional. All staff will continue to wear a mask at all times during classes. As of April 8, 2022 vaccine passports are no longer required.
Multiple sanitizing stations and surgical masks are available at the studio. Enhanced cleaning protocols will continue to be in place and high touch surface areas will continue to be disinfected between students and classes.
The health and safety of the yoga community and their loved ones is first and foremost my top priority. I am committed to ensuring the yoga studio is not only a sacred space for your yoga practice but also a safe space for the entire yoga community.

I would like to acknowledge that we are on the unceded traditional territory of the Coast Salish Peoples. We are grateful to the Lkwungen (Songhees) and Kwsepsum (Esquimalt) Nations for sharing their land with our growing yoga community.
